COVID-19 Preventive Measures

All of Dynamic Homecare Services’ team members complete the following COVID-19 preventive measures:

• Upon entry to your home, remove their outside shoes and wear their inside shoes while in your home

• Upon entry to your home, wash their hands and then apply hand sanitizer

• Remove their outside non-medical face mask and wear a disposable non-medical mask while inside your home, in addition to a protective visor overtop

• Wear rubber gloves, as applicable; for example, when assisting with personal care, (e.g., grooming, bathing , dressing)

• Whenever possible, maintain a safe distance from you and/or your loved one

• Monitor their health, alert for any symptoms of COVID-19, and take their temperature prior to meeting with you and/or your loved one. If a team member has any symptoms of COVID-19 and/or were exposed to those who tested positive with COVID-19, we inform you immediately. In addition, the team member completes a COVID-19 test and self-isolates for 14 days before re-entering your and/or your loved one’s home.

• In addition to the above preventive measures that each member completes while inside your and/or your loved one’s home, they also continue practicing the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19, as outlined by Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Prevention, when outside your and/or your loved one’s home
